 The Lightwind S2 system is designed for integration with a plasma chamber. The S2 includes full featured Lightwind software which is designed to interface with various types of tools or systems. The S2 includes a digital i/o interface that allows for either automatic triggering or an endpoint “found” output. All software capability listed for the S1 is included.                                                           

The S2 consists of:
