The compact, low-cost KR-2 Krypton Calibration Source is a wavelength calibration standard for the visible and near-IR regions of the spectrum. The KR-2 produces emission lines from 432 – 1785 nm for use in performing fast, reliable spectrometer wavelength calibrations. Easily identifiable spectral emission lines are printed on the KR-2 housing.

The KR-2 can be used to verify the wavelength accuracy of any spectrometer and can also be used to recalibrate Ocean Optics spectrometers, if necessary.

The KR-2 operates with a 5 VDC power supply (included with the unit) or 9V battery (not included). Use any SMA fiber optic cable to connect with the KR-2.
