Lightwind can provide 1 week on site process/tool assessments. The assessment includes sensors that match the customers area of interest, help in setting up the tests, and analysis of the results with a summary report as an output. Examples of this service include, optimization of CVD chamber cleaning, process baselining, chamber matching, characterization of processes being transferred from tool to tool or site to site. |

System rental is available to support short duration projects so that the process engineer can create a performance baseline, improve an existing process, or transfer a process to a different site. System rentals can be used to enable work in the short term in a cost effective manner. |

Lightwind provides on site or remote process support using any of our sensors. For example, if a customer was interested in monitoring data from a new tool for the 1st month of installation only, Lightwind can review sensor data files and generate a report characterizing normal tool performance between cleans or within cassettes. This is especially valuable for short duration high visibility process efforts where there is a need to quickly understand and characterize processes. This support can be focus on specific processes, or time periods. |
